Torch Chef Bonjour is significantly larger and more powerful than the other two standard crème brûlée torches we have. We use these torches in our home cooking and our business in our small, where you teach the craft. Here are my observations:
Pro
+ Great Base, able to withstand very stable on its own account which is useful when you have locked your hands free for use
+ Comfortable grip, the aluminum body is perfect for medium to large hands, large
+ Great Flame has a good selection ofFlame size, but the lowest is still quite high compared to other torches
View Window + fuel, easy to see the amount of fuel in torch
+ Good Looking, look, this is not cheap, which is good if you (in front of guests or customers as we do)
Cons:
- The deep wells on the aluminum body is strong, we fill them with modeling clay, as it is unlikely that we need to disassemble
- Fuel used other than our flashlights, but that trade is offthe largest flame
This may take longer for some people, but it works very well for our needs!
