As a rule, positive and easy listening songs are the best accompaniment when driving to yet another "perfect home". Unfortunately, the effectiveness of subtle messages has never been proven to actually effect people's choices. However, it's great to have some songs that can focus and motivate one in the realm of home selling, even if they don't compel the client to buy!
