If you are interested in a workout to get you a ripped body and a hard set of six pack abs then you have got to adopt the ancient strength training method of kettlebell training. As a strength and conditioning professional that centers my program around the implementation of the kettlebell I can tell you that it is one of the best methods of training in helping you to torch body fat and bring out those ripped abdominal muscles in a hurry. Read on if I have your attention.

Kettlebell Ladders (A Great Structured Method For Getting You A Ripped Body)

One great method within kettlebell workouts that is great for exerting you to the limit and helping you to torch a crazy amount of calories within a single workout is the method of ladders. This is basically a structured circuit that you can do with most any set of smoothly flowing exercises, but is excellent with kettlebells. One example of this is having the availability of a single kettlebell. Start by choosing 3 different exercises. For this example lets pick the single arm swing, single arm snatch, and single arm racked front squat. To execute ladders you want to start by executing each of these lifts in a circuit while smoothly transitioning from one to the next without stopping. To begin the ladder style of the workout execute 1 single arm swing, followed by 1 overhead snatch, followed by 1 racked front squat. Now once you have completed the 1,1,1 series then immediately go into executing the same 3 lifts, but this time adding another repetition. So without rest come right back into the series by going 2 swings, 2 snatches, and 2 front squats.

The next series would be 3, 3, and 3. You see where this is going right. This gets to be daunting in a hurry. Keep pushing through until you reach the desired ceiling. For this example lets say that is the 3rd series and then come back down the ladder and switch sides to do the other arm! This is a killer six pack ab developing workout if there is one my friend.
