Once you get these principles down, you are well on your way to sexy abs. Here is an abdominal workout that will help to bring out your abs:
ball roll outs 10
cross body mountain climbers 10
plank 60 seconds
Do all of the exercises one after the other with no rest. Do two to three circuits with a minute of rest between each circuit. If you are not sure of how to do these moves, here is a quick description.
Ball roll out: Kneel down in front of a medium sized exercise ball with your hands on the ball. Roll the ball forward, extending your trunk out. Keep your knees in place so your body stretches out in front of you.
Cross Body Mountain Climbers: Start in a push up position, keep your back as flat as possible and bring your right knee up to your left elbow and then return to a push up position. Now bring your left knee up to your right elbow. Keep alternating this move and you will feel it in your core.
Plank: Start in a modified push up position with just your toes and you elbows touching the ground. Keep your hips up, your back flat and your midsection tight. Hold this position for 60 seconds.
Your abs will be popping out soon enough!
