How to Shed Belly Fat With a Single Exercise!

In order to burn the maximal number of calories and to lose body fat you have got to train your body with a purpose and intensity to get that accomplished. There is no room for talking on the cell phone to your girlfriend or listening to your ipod when engaging in a true fat burning workout. This is why I have included the following exercise below to help you to elevate your level of perceived exertion and to get rid of your belt hanging gut!

Dual Kettlebell Thrusters

Dual kettlebell thrusters are a great exercise for you to significantly elevate your level of perceived exertion and to help you shed your love handles fast. This is a highly effective exercise because it teaches you how to be mobile while getting you a tremendous combined cardio and strength workout. Because of the combined elements of this workout you stand to torch a ton of calories just from this single exercise which in turn will allow you to lower your body fat percentage over time. In order to pull this off you will need the availability of a pair of kettlebells of equal weight and a good flat training surface. Place the bells on the ground between your feet. From here properly perform the clean and rack to get the bells up to the racked position at your chest. From here simply perform a front squat drill with the kettlebells racked in front of your body. As you lower into the front squat attempt to lower yourself enough so that your elbows touch the insides of your knees to ensure yourself a good range of motion. As you come up out of the squat simply press the bells overhead to lock them out in a press. Once you have completed the press then simply lower the bells back to the rack position to set yourself up for the next squat to start the entire lift over again. After a few of these with a pair of moderately heavy bells you will see just how challenging this particular lift can be. If you are serious about shedding the abdominal fat then you have got to implement thrusters into your workout routine.
